Drop-In classes provide opportunities to reconnect with mindfulness practice for those with experience or to experience and learn mindfulness for the first time for beginners. Mindful Movement and Yoga
Our mindful movement and yoga classes nourish the mind and body and are suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.
An 8-week Mindfulness Based Living Course offers the opportunity to learn and practise mindfulness within a small and consistent group of like-minded people. We often have a range of 8 week courses on offer. From time to time we also have the opportunity to apply for funding to provide 8-week courses to disadvantaged groups and would be happy to discuss this with you.
Retreat days are a great way to deepen your practice, take time out with like-minded people and give yourself the space that you really need to feel nourished and revitalised.
